Because I believe dishes are meant to be shared, discussed, exchanged, and tasted, I wanted to open the kitchen of Maison Mastrorelli for a weekend, to cook with you.
Together, in a small group, we will prepare some of the House’s signature recipes and share all the pleasures of the table, from preparation (cutting, shaping, cooking…) to tasting. A program built around local, seasonal produce, during which I will share, among other things, my way of making homemade ricotta, the essential pissaladière – we will also hold a workshop on shaping pasta (tortellini, agnolotti…) and poaching meringues.
All levels are welcome – the only prerequisite: a love of cooking, eating, and sharing. At the end of this weekend, you will leave with a booklet containing all the recipes we will have prepared or that were served to you during your stay.
