The house is close to all amenities and shops: a pharmacy is just a 2-minute walk away.
A 2-minute drive takes you to Intermarché Roquefort-les-Pins, opposite which, on a small square, you’ll find a greengrocer (fruits, vegetables, cheeses), a butcher, a baker, and nearby, a newsagent and tobacconist.
Intermarché opening hours: 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Sunday
Greengrocer opening hours: 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and 6:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Sunday
A covered market featuring local producers, Le Marché de nos Collines, is located in Le Rouret every morning from Tuesday to Sunday. For open-air markets, you’ll find one in the small parking lot opposite the house every Thursday, and another behind the Roquefort-les-Pins town hall every Wednesday.

Use of premises
Renting Maison Mastrorelli allows you a maximum capacity of 10 people.
– You cannot exceed this maximum capacity during your stay, even for the day, except after request and with the owner’s agreement.
– You are in a residential area, it is important to ensure that you respect the peace of your neighbors day and night. Please reduce noise in the garden or by the pool after 10:30 p.m.
Conclusion of the agreement
The booking is confirmed once the Guest has sent the Owner a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay.
Security deposit (guest house formula)
A bank guarantee of 1500 euros will be requested upon your arrival and returned after the inventory of fixtures.
Cancellation by the guest
- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 14 days away.
- Up to 8 days before arrival, the stay may be modified or postponed within 365 days of the original booking date, subject to the property’s availability.
- From 7 days before arrival, the balance of the stay becomes due. From that date, no refund or modification will be possible.
